Potato and Egg Meat Sausage Casserole

The perfect potato and egg meat sausage casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Basic ingredients

  • 12 Jacket potatoes
  • 6 Eggs
  • 400 g Meat sausage
  • 2 Onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • 200 ml Hollandaise sauce
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 g Parmesan
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chives
  • 2 Discs Cheese (any)

Basic ingredients

  1. Boil the eggs hard for 10 minutes, rinse and let cool.
  2. Peel the peeled potatoes, eggs and the meat sausage and cut everything into rings.
  3. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into rings.
  4. Heat some oil in two pans and fry the sausage and onions separately.
  5. Grease a baking dish a little and first layer the potatoes, then the eggs, sausage and onions, continue like this until everything is used up, end with a layer of potatoes.

  1. Mix the Hollandaise with the milk and the egg, season with salt and pepper
  2. Stir in the Parmesan and chives and pour the topping over the casserole.

Complete

  1. Place the casserole in the preheated 180c. put in a warm oven and bake until golden.
  2. 10 minutes before the casserole is ready, pour the chopped cheese slices over it and let it melt.
  3. Take the casserole out of the oven, let it rest a little and then arrange on a plate
  4. Serve with a salad, if you want, and the refrigerator can be refilled with fresh things
