Minced Meat Pan with Peppers and Rice

The perfect minced meat pan with peppers and rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 3 Red peppers
  • 2 Onion
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Can Tomato pieces 400 g
  • 750 Milliliters Water hot
  • 3 tablespoon Meatsoup
  • 250 g Rice
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Red wine to taste
  • Red chilli to taste
  1. Peel the onion and cut into medium-sized cubes. Chop the garlic and chilli into small pieces. Clean the bell pepper and cut it into medium-sized cubes.
  2. Heat a pan. Put the oil in the hot pan and fry the minced meat in it. Add the onion cubes, garlic and chilli and let simmer.
  3. Add the tomato pieces, meat stock, rice and the red wine. Now fill everything up with the hot water and simmer over medium heat until the rice is almost done.
  4. Now season everything with salt and pepper from the mill. Finally add the pepper cubes and let simmer. The peppers should still have a bit of bite when served.
