Jaroma Cabbage – Pan with Mince

The perfect jaroma cabbage – pan with mince recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Ground beef
  • 500 g Jaroma cabbage
  • 2 piece Shallot
  • 2 piece Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Rama Culinesse Olive
  • 200 ml Riesling
  • 1 tsp Steak pepper
  • Seasoned Salt
  1. Chop the shallots and garlic as small as possible.
  1. Remove the stalk from the cabbage and cut into small pieces.
  1. Sear the minced meat with garlic and shallots.
  1. Add the cabbage and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
  1. Deglaze with wine, add pepper, bring to the boil briefly, then reduce the heat.
  1. The cabbage should collapse but not get mushy.
  1. Season to taste with herb salt.
