Jaroma Cabbage – Pan with Mince

- 200 g Ground beef
- 500 g Jaroma cabbage
- 2 piece Shallot
- 2 piece Clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp Rama Culinesse Olive
- 200 ml Riesling
- 1 tsp Steak pepper
- Seasoned Salt
- Chop the shallots and garlic as small as possible.
- Remove the stalk from the cabbage and cut into small pieces.
- Sear the minced meat with garlic and shallots.
- Add the cabbage and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
- Deglaze with wine, add pepper, bring to the boil briefly, then reduce the heat.
- The cabbage should collapse but not get mushy.
- Season to taste with herb salt.
