Pasta and Ham Pan

The perfect pasta and ham pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Vermicelli
  • 3 Carrots
  • 300 g Boiled ham
  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 125 g Mozarella or Gorgonzola
  • Salt, nutmeg, pepper
  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet, put in a sieve and drain well
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan, fry the washed, peeled carrots, cut into strips, with a pinch of sugar. Add the pasta and heat with the pepper and the remaining oil. Fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, lightly salt.
  3. Cut the ham into strips or cubes, add to the pasta and season with pepper and nutmeg. Finally stir in the sour cream and cheese. There was also a lamb’s lettuce
