Pancakes Very Spicy
The perfect pancakes very spicy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 tbsp Sifted flour
- 5 tbsp Mineral water
- 2 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- Clarified butter
- 0,5 Cucumber
- 200 g Mushrooms brown
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Chilli pepper green or red
- 3 Garlic cloves pressed
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Knife point Cayenne pepper
- PREPARATION: cut all the ingredients into slices. Pour olive oil into a cup and mix the pressed garlic cloves with cayenne pepper and a little salt.
- Mix the sifted flour with mineral water, a pinch of salt and the eggs with a whisk to form a smooth dough. (must not be too thin)
- Let the butter lard get hot in the pan and spread the smooth batter with a ladle from the center.
- Then quickly place the sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and the finely chopped chilli pepper on the dough. Spread some more batter over the top with a tablespoon and bake the pancakes for 5-8 minutes.
- After this time, turn the pancake and bake for 5-8 minutes. (the baking time depends on the coating on the pan)
- Then turn again and serve the finished pancake on preheated plates. Finally, sprinkle garlic oil over it. Good Appetite
