Pear and Goat Cheese Tarte Flambée; Savory Autumn Pastries; Also Suitable As Starter

The perfect pear and goat cheese tarte flambée; savory autumn pastries; also suitable as starter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 260 g Tarte flambée batter from the refrigerated shelf
  • 3 Pc. Pears
  • 2 Pc. Shallots
  • 75 g Diced bacon
  • 200 g Goat cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 25 g Kernel mixture, e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, pine nuts
  1. Peel the pears and cut into fine wedges. Finely dice shallots. Unroll the tarte flambée dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Mix the cream cheese with milk, mix with salt, pepper and rosemary and spread on the dough.
  2. Spread the pear wedges, shallot and bacon cubes on top. Sprinkle with the seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes until crispy.
  3. This fits e.g. Salad.
