Raita with Cucumber, Tomato and Mint

The perfect raita with cucumber, tomato and mint recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 250 ml Natural yoghurt
  • 20 cm Cucumber
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 5 Pc. Cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Chopped mint
  1. Toast the cumin seeds in a dry pan and then finely grind them in a mortar.
  2. Put the yogurt in a bowl and stir until smooth.
  3. Quarter tomatoes, remove seeds and finely dice. Cut the cucumber into fine cubes.
  4. Add all ingredients to the yoghurt and stir. Season to taste and serve.
