Sliced meat in Cream Cheese-curry-rosemary Sauce
The perfect sliced meat in cream cheese-curry-rosemary sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Chicken breast fillet
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 300 g Cream cheese low in fat
- 700 ml Vegetable broth
- Pepper, curry powder, paprika powder, garlic powder, 2 pinches of rosemary (rubbed)
- Light sauce thickener
- Chop the meat and fry in oil in a pan, season with pepper, curry and paprika
- Pour in the broth, bring to the boil
- Stir in the cream cheese, reduce a little
- Season again with curry, garlic, pepper and stir in rosemary (sparingly, otherwise it will be too dominant)
- Tie off with a sauce thickener
- We had rice (rice with paprika & pepper seasoned a bit more spicy) and broccoli for the boys and salad for the girls.
