Apple – Mozzarella Salad

The perfect apple – mozzarella salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 P. Mozzarella
  • 0,5 bunch Spring onions
  • 200 g Green, seedless grapes
  • 2 Apples, Granny Smith
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Lime, juice and zest
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • Salt, pepper, sugar
  1. Dice the drained mozzarella
  2. Cut the spring onions into rings.
  3. Halve the grapes
