Savory Meatballs

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 Bun old
  • 1 size Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Egg
  • 200 g Kat ham
  • 1 Red Pointed peppers
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon Parsely
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika spice

tomato sauce

  • 1 packet Tomatoes happened
  • 1 Can Peeled tomatoes
  • 6 Cherry date tomatoes
  • 6 Chilli from the mill
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Green from the onion

  1. Soak the stale bun in water.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic, cut into small cubes and sauté in a pan with a little oil.
  3. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the steamed onion and garlic, egg, squeezed bread roll, ham, tomato paste, diced paprika and the finely chopped parsley.
  4. Season everything with salt, pepper and paprika and mix well.
  5. Now form small balls and fry in the hot oil and then take out and keep warm.

  2. Season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper and chilli, add the meatballs again and cook for about 15 minutes.
  3. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, cut the green of the onion into rings and add.
