Pasta in Turkey Mushroom Cheese Sauce

- 300 g Pasta
- 300 g Turkey breast
- 300 g Mushrooms
- 100 g Ham cubes
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 200 g Processed cheese
- 300 ml. Vegetable broth
- 100 ml. White wine
- 2 tbsp 8 Kräuter TK
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- Sauce binder light
- Parmesan cheese
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Peel and dice the onion and sauté with the diced ham in the oil until translucent,
- Cut turkey breast into strips, add to the onion ham, season with salt and pepper, finely chop garlic and also add, braise everything well, deglaze with stock and white wine and simmer for approx. 5 minutes.
- Add processed cheese and 8 herbs, bind with a little sauce thickener and briefly bring to the boil again.
- Drain the pasta in a sieve, arrange on a pasta plate, pour the turkey and mushroom sauce over it and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
