Baileys Dessert with Vodka Cream Topping
The perfect baileys dessert with vodka cream topping recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Bailey’s dessert
- 200 g Qimiq Classic Vanilla
- 60 ml Espresso
- 60 ml Baileys
- 60 ml Milk
Vodka cream topping
- 50 g Qimiq Classic Vanilla
- 30 ml Milk
- 30 ml Vodka
- 10 g Sugar
- 50 g Whipped cream
IMPORTANT!
- the qimiq MUST be at room temperature! otherwise it cannot be processed further without lumps !! maybe you can put it in the oven heated to 30 degrees for a few minutes before processing …
Bailey’s dessert
- First stir the room-warm qimiq until smooth – then add all the other ingredients and mix everything well with the blender – pour the mixture into glasses and leave for a few hours. refrigerate
Vodka cream topping
- Stir the room temperature qimiq until smooth – mix with all other ingredients and stir well with the blender – also for a few hours. Chill – (this mixture is not stiff but remains thick and semi-liquid so that you can stir in the cream!) Just before serving, add the whipped cream and stir everything until smooth
serve and decorate
- Put a layer of the vodka cream on the bailey dessert in the glasses before serving and decorate it with a few mocha beans
