Pasta Sauce with Meat Sausage
The perfect pasta sauce with meat sausage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Whole wheat pasta
- 200 g Poultry sausage
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 250 g Fresh mushrooms
- 6 Cocktail tomatoes
- 200 g Herbal cream cheese
- 100 Milliliters Broth
- 3 teaspoon Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Herbal mixture TK
- 100 g Grated cheese
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Sugar
- Peel the onion and garlic and cut into fine pieces
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices
- Rinse and quarter the tomatoes, cut the meat sausage into small pieces
- Cook the noodles in salted water for about 15 minutes
- Sauté the onions with the garlic in olive oil
- Fry the sausage pieces and mushrooms
- Stir in tomato paste and cream cheese and cheeses
- Pour the broth on top, season with pepper, salt and a pinch of sugar and simmer briefly
- Add tomato quarters
- Drain the pasta, add the sauce and serve with some grated cheese
