Pasta Sauce with Meat Sausage

The perfect pasta sauce with meat sausage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Whole wheat pasta
  • 200 g Poultry sausage
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 250 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 6 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 200 g Herbal cream cheese
  • 100 Milliliters Broth
  • 3 teaspoon Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Herbal mixture TK
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Sugar
  1. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into fine pieces
  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices
  1. Rinse and quarter the tomatoes, cut the meat sausage into small pieces
  1. Cook the noodles in salted water for about 15 minutes
  1. Sauté the onions with the garlic in olive oil
  1. Fry the sausage pieces and mushrooms
  1. Stir in tomato paste and cream cheese and cheeses
  1. Pour the broth on top, season with pepper, salt and a pinch of sugar and simmer briefly
  1. Add tomato quarters
  1. Drain the pasta, add the sauce and serve with some grated cheese
