Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Whole wheat pasta
  • 200 g Poultry sausage
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 250 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 6 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 200 g Herbal cream cheese
  • 100 ml Broth
  • 3 tsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Herbal mixture
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and garlic and cut into fine pieces
  • Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices
  • Rinse and quarter the tomatoes, cut the meat sausage into small pieces
  • Cook the noodles in salted water for about 15 minutes
  • Sauté the onions with the garlic in olive oil
  • Fry the sausage pieces and mushrooms
  • Stir in tomato paste and cream cheese and cheeses
  • Pour the broth on top, season with pepper, salt and a pinch of sugar and simmer briefly
  • Add tomato quarters
  • Drain the pasta, add the sauce and serve with some grated cheese
