Ingredients
- 500 g Wholemeal rye flour or spelt flour
- 150 g Sunflower seeds or other grains
- 0,5 L Warm water
- 1 cube Yeast fresh
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 2 tbsp Fruit vinegar
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients into a dough. Put in a mold and bake at 200 C ° for about 1 hour while placing a bowl of water in the oven. The oven is not preheated and place on the middle rack.
- This can take a little longer depending on the oven, so doing a knock test sounds like the hollow when you knock on the back, the bread is ready.
