Heinzi’s Herb Meat Salad

The perfect heinzi’s herb meat salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Ham sausage
  • 200 g Gherkins
  • 200 g Remoulade
  • 2 Spring onion
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • 1 tbsp Garden herbs TK
  • 1 tbsp Cucumber water
  • Milled pepper white salt
  1. Cut the ham sausage and the pickles into fine strips
  2. Cut the light and chives from the spring onions in fine rolls
  3. Mix everything in one shot and add the garden herbs. Mix in the tartar sauce and the cucumber water, season with salt and pepper, let it steep a little and serve with farmhouse bread or pretzel rolls.
