Heinzi’s Herb Meat Salad

- 200 g Ham sausage
- 200 g Gherkins
- 200 g Remoulade
- 2 Spring onion
- 1 bunch Chives
- 1 tbsp Garden herbs TK
- 1 tbsp Cucumber water
- Milled pepper white salt
- Cut the ham sausage and the pickles into fine strips
- Cut the light and chives from the spring onions in fine rolls
- Mix everything in one shot and add the garden herbs. Mix in the tartar sauce and the cucumber water, season with salt and pepper, let it steep a little and serve with farmhouse bread or pretzel rolls.
