Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Ham sausage
  • 200 g Gherkins
  • 200 g Remoulade
  • 2 Spring onion
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • 1 tbsp Garden herbs TK
  • 1 tbsp Cucumber water
  • Milled pepper white salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut the ham sausage and the pickles into fine strips
  • Cut the light and chives from the spring onions in fine rolls
  • Mix everything in one shot and add the garden herbs. Mix in the tartar sauce and the cucumber water, season with salt and pepper, let it steep a little and serve with farmhouse bread or pretzel rolls.
