Sliced turkey Mushroom
The perfect sliced turkey mushroom recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Fresh turkey fillet
- 3 Small red pointed peppers
- 400 gr Mushrooms
- 250 gr Dried forest mushrooms
- 200 gr Processed cheese cream, herbs, milkana
- 250 gr Charlotten
- 250 gr Pineapple pieces from the can and the juice to go with it
- 1 Clove of garlic chopped
- 700 ml Water mixed with broth
- 1 bunch Parsley, very plentiful

- Salt
- Pepper
- Chilli flakes or powder
- 1 tl Sugar
- 0,5 tl Freshly grated ginger
I forgot
- 1 Carrot
- the fresh turkey fillet was cut into bite-sized pieces. the pointed peppers were cleaned and cut into small pieces. the champis cleaned, cut into slices .. the charlottes were quartered .. a carrot cleaned and cut into fine slices. the clove of garlic finely chopped. the parsley was also chopped. I soaked the forest mushrooms (they were available in a better supermarket) in water for a few minutes.
- I heated rapeseed oil in a large pot and seared the turkey fillet … then put the paprika and charlotten and the carrot slices and the chopped garlic. Then I added the champis and the soaked forest mushrooms … everything worked out well mixed .. now the herb cheese was added and the pineapple pieces with the canned juice.
- Was filled with the brewing water. i seasoned with chilli, salt, pepper, sugar and rubbed the fresh ginger in .. last but not least i added a large bunch of chopped parsley … i cooked the shredded parsley for about 45 minutes.
- flat noodles or rice taste perfect with this .. oops !!!!!!!! i only had spaghetti …
