Pizza Ham Bun

The perfect pizza ham bun recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Flour
  • 2 Tl Salt
  • 3 Tl Pizza seasoning
  • 50 ml Garlic oil
  • 250 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 Tl Sugar
  • 1 dice Yeast
  • 100 g Ham cubes
  • Grated cheese and some olive oil to sprinkle on.
  1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the water
  2. Put the first 4 ingredients in a bowl, add the dissolved yeast and work everything into a smooth dough. Place the ham cubes loosely on top and let rise, covered, for 15 minutes.
  3. After the 15 minutes, knead the dough together with the ham cubes and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  4. Knead again and divide into 12 pieces. Shape the pieces into rolls and place on a baking tray. Moisten the rolls, sprinkle with cheese and sprinkle some olive oil over them. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 170 ° and bake the rolls for 15 minutes.
