Pizza Ham Bun

- 500 g Flour
- 2 Tl Salt
- 3 Tl Pizza seasoning
- 50 ml Garlic oil
- 250 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 Tl Sugar
- 1 dice Yeast
- 100 g Ham cubes
- Grated cheese and some olive oil to sprinkle on.
- Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the water
- Put the first 4 ingredients in a bowl, add the dissolved yeast and work everything into a smooth dough. Place the ham cubes loosely on top and let rise, covered, for 15 minutes.
- After the 15 minutes, knead the dough together with the ham cubes and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Knead again and divide into 12 pieces. Shape the pieces into rolls and place on a baking tray. Moisten the rolls, sprinkle with cheese and sprinkle some olive oil over them. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 170 ° and bake the rolls for 15 minutes.
