Ham and Tomato Champion Pizza

The perfect ham and tomato champion pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the pizza dough

  • 400 g Flour
  • 1 Cubes of yeast
  • Some sugar
  • 0,5 Teaspoon Salt
  • 250 ml Lukewarm water

For topping the dough

  • 4 Large tomatoes (cut into slices)
  • 300 g Champions (fresh or canned, cut in half)
  • 1 Can of pizza sauce
  • 2 Onions (cut into rings)
  • 2 Pck Mozzarella (cut into slices)
  • 1 Pck Grated pizza cheese
  • 200 g Cooked ham (cut into strips)
  • Salt, pepper, paprika, Italian herbs
  1. Make a yeast dough from the ingredients above and cover and let rise in a warm place for approx. 45 minutes. Knead the dough again and roll it out on a floured surface.
  1. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet (or parchment paper).
  1. First spread the pizza sauce on top, sprinkle with salt, pepper and Italian herbs. Top with onion rings, champions, boiled ham, tomato slices, mozzarella and grated cheese. If necessary, sprinkle with the spices again.
  1. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
