Shortcrust Biscuits – Brown and White Biscuits

- I left out the almonds and used some lemon zest for it
- 250 g Margarine
- 175 g Sugar
- 175 g Flour
- 1 Egg
- 0,5 teaspoon Bio lemon zest
- 2 packet Vanilla flavor
- 175 g Strength
- 2 tablespoon Milk
- For the 2nd sheet
- 2 tablespoon Cappuccino powder
- 2 tablespoon Milk
- Process the first 8 ingredients into a viscous dough and fill in a piping bag or similar.
- Because preheat the oven to 150 degrees
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle circles on it, I baked them in different sizes
- Bake the biscuits for 20 minutes, then immediately remove them from the hot tray, place them on a cloth and let them cool down
- For the 2nd sheet
- Mix the rest of the batter with the milk and cappuccino powder and continue as described above.
- Super delicious biscuit …. my husband nibbled on the biscuits in no time ….. yes I helped him but not that many ….. Thank you Elisabeth
