Ingredients
- 1 packet Icing powder
- 30 g Sugar
- 150 ml Apple juice
- 50 ml Water
- 300 g Frozen berry mix
- 150 g Chocolate Nut Cookies
- 450 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
Instructions
- For the dessert, use cake icing powder, sugar and apple juice and water to prepare a cake icing according to the instructions on the package.
- Stir the frozen berries into the sauce. Distribute the fruit mixture in dessert glasses and put in the refrigerator for about ½ hour. Then chop the Choco Crunchy biscuits (set aside 5 pieces) into small pieces.
- Mix the yoghurt with the vanillin sugar and the Choco Crunchy biscuits. Spread the yoghurt mixture over the berries and top with the remaining Choco Crunchy biscuits.
- Now decorate with fresh currants, blueberries and strawberries and then garnish with chocolate chips and raspberry sauce.
