Berry Dessert with Sugar Crust

The perfect berry dessert with sugar crust recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Frozen berry mix
  • 4 tbsp Orange juice
  • 2 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 250 g Sour cream
  • 0,5 tsp Finely grated organic orange peel
  • 0,25 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp Brown sugar
  1. Wash organic orange, rub dry, rub off some peel. Squeeze 1/2 fruit.
  2. Mix the berry mixture with the orange juice and vanilla sugar. Pour into a bowl (18 cm Ø).
  3. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the sour cream with the orange peel, cinnamon and cream well and spread on the berries. Sprinkle with brown sugar and put in the fridge for at least 5 hours.
  4. Remove from refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Tip 5: Instead of a large bowl, the dessert can also be served in small portion bowls.
