Quick Chicken Salad …

The perfect quick chicken salad … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Grilled chicken or
  • The meat of a soup chicken
  • 100 g Drained canned asparagus
  • 100 g Pineapple canned drained
  • 100 g Tangerine preserve drained

For the marinade:

  • 100 g Mayonnaise 80% fat
  • 2 tablespoon Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Brandy
  • 2 tablespoon Pineapple juice
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Curry – who likes that
  1. Remove the skin and bones from the poultry and pluck the meat into pieces. to cut; Chop the asparagus and pineapple to roughly the same size. Put the meat in a bowl with asparagus, pineapple and tangerines.
