Cream Cheese and Salmon Tapas

- 250 g Cream cheese
- 2 packet Smoked salmon
- 1 packet Mixed salad
- 6 disc Baguette slices
- 1 shot Olive oil
- 1 toe Fresh garlic
- “Spread” the cream cheese in small portions into small glasses. Pluck some lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces and arrange them nicely on the cream cheese. Now cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and place on the salad. Now rub the baguette slices with olive oil and garlic on both sides and roast them in a hot pan. Place one slice at a time on the glass, and now everyone can cover their small cream cheese and salmon baguette and enjoy.
