Vegetarian: Spaghetti with Ricotta and Cinnamon Sauce

The perfect vegetarian: spaghetti with ricotta and cinnamon sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Ricotta
  • 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 150 g Ground almonds
  • 125 ml Vegetable stock or chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 0,5 tsp Nutmeg
  • 250 g Spaghetti
  1. Stir all ingredients together except the stock. Then slowly stir the broth into the mixture and heat briefly. only add enough broth that the sauce has a creamy consistency.
  2. Cook the pasta until aldente and mix with the sauce.
