Ingredients
- 600 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Yellow peppers
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 large Stick of leek
- 6 stems Marjoram fresh
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Mustard medium hot
- 150 g Cream, sour
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 Onions
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Dice the onions, cut the bell pepper into strips and the leek into rings.
- Chop, turning constantly, fry until crumbly. Add the crushed garlic and onions. Then stir in the vegetables and tomato paste and let simmer.
- Deglaze the minced meat with the broth and season with mustard, salt and pepper. Stir in the cream and marjoram and heat briefly.
- Side dishes according to taste, e.g. potatoes or baguette.
