Chopping Pan À La Dickmeise

  • 600 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Yellow peppers
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 size Stick of leek
  • 6 Stems Marjoram fresh
  • 300 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard medium hot
  • 150 g Cream, sour
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Dice the onions, cut the bell pepper into strips and the leek into rings.
  2. Chop, turning constantly, fry until crumbly. Add the crushed garlic and onions. Then stir in the vegetables and tomato paste and let simmer.
  3. Deglaze the minced meat with the broth and season with mustard, salt and pepper. Stir in the cream and marjoram and heat briefly.
  4. Side dishes according to taste, e.g. potatoes or baguette.
