Pasta in Pepper and Ham Cream

The perfect pasta in pepper and ham cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Penne
  • 0,5 Red Bell pepper
  • 0,5 Green Bell pepper
  • 0,5 Yellow Bell pepper
  • 1 a cup Brunch hunter
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 g Salami
  • 125 g Ham cubes
  • 100 ml. Vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Oil
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Clean and dice the peppers, peel and dice the onion and garlic and sauté everything with the diced ham in the oil.
  3. Add the diced salami and season everything with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme and oregano.
  4. Pour in the vegetable stock, stir in the brunch and bring to the boil again.
  5. Drain the noodles, arrange on pasta plates, pour the sauce over them and serve.
  6. I also serve Parmesan cheese with almost all pasta dishes, this dish goes particularly well.
