Blueberry Chocolate / Lemon Muffins
The perfect blueberry chocolate / lemon muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 240 g Flour
- 125 ml Low-Fat milk
- 100 g Magarine semi-fat
- 6 tbsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Blueberries
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 2 tsp Cinnamon or lemon zest
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Cocoa
- 1 packet Vanilla flavor
- Beat eggs, sugar and margarine until frothy. Mix the flour and baking powder, add and stir into a smooth batter. Gradually stir in the milk.
- Halve the dough. Mix one half with cocoa powder and carefully fold in the blueberries. Mix the other half with the cinnamon
- Pour 1 tablespoon of dough into each muffin paper case and bake in the oven at 200 degrees (gas: 3, convection: 180 degrees) for about 20 minutes.
