Blueberry Chocolate / Lemon Muffins

The perfect blueberry chocolate / lemon muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 240 g Flour
  • 125 ml Low-Fat milk
  • 100 g Magarine semi-fat
  • 6 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Blueberries
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon or lemon zest
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa
  • 1 packet Vanilla flavor
  1. Beat eggs, sugar and margarine until frothy. Mix the flour and baking powder, add and stir into a smooth batter. Gradually stir in the milk.
  2. Halve the dough. Mix one half with cocoa powder and carefully fold in the blueberries. Mix the other half with the cinnamon
  3. Pour 1 tablespoon of dough into each muffin paper case and bake in the oven at 200 degrees (gas: 3, convection: 180 degrees) for about 20 minutes.
