Ingredients
- 3 firm Tomatoes - fully ripe
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 20 g Butter
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Wash the tomatoes, pat dry and cut in half crosswise.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan, fry the tomato halves with the cut surface for about two minutes at a high temperature, then turn, add the good butter and simmer for another two minutes.
- Let the chopped garlic fry for half a minute (no longer). Using a spoon, drizzle the roasting ingredients from the pan with the garlic over the tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
