Almond Jam Cookies
The perfect almond jam cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 225 g Flour
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 Pr Salt
- 1 Egg
- 250 g Butter
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 Msp Clove powder
- 1 tsp Cinammon
- 1 tsp Cocoa
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 250 g Strawberry jam
- Powdered sugar
- 250 g Ground almonds
- Mix the butter with sugar, egg, vanilla sugar, cloves, cinnamon and cocoa in a bowl. Knead with baking powder, flour and almonds. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap in foil and cool for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough and cut out stars. Then cut out smaller stars from half of the stars.
- Bake all the stars on baking sheets with baking paper for about 8 minutes. Take out and let cool. Heat the jam, brush the stars without a hole with it. Dust the star with the hole with powdered sugar and place on the jam.
