Minced Meat Ratatouille
The perfect minced meat ratatouille recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Pc. Sweet potatoes
- 1 Pc. Zucchini
- 1 Pc. Hot peppers
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 400 g Minced meat
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Ground ginger
- Salt and pepper
- Wash the vegetables, peel the sweet potatoes and cut into cubes. (Vegetables can of course vary as you like.)
- Chop the onion and fry in oil in a high frying pan until translucent. Add the minced meat, fry until crumbly and season with salt and pepper.
- Dust with flour and deglaze with the bouillon. Add the ginger and vegetables. Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
