Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • Salt
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the cucumber, slice it thinly, and sprinkle with salt. Set aside and let it drain. Meanwhile, finely dice the onion and mix it with the sour cream. Rinse the cucumber slices under cold water and fold them into the sour cream.
