Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 sausages, coarse
  • oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 shots of white wine
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • curry powder
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the sausages and fry in a little oil in a pan for about 5 minutes, then remove from the pan and set aside. Sauté the diced onion in the pan until translucent. Deglaze with the wine and add the passata, tomato paste, and 1-2 tablespoons of sugar. Stir everything together and simmer until the sauce is nice and creamy. Season to taste with salt, freshly ground pepper, curry powder, and cayenne pepper. Now add the sausages again and heat until hot. Serve with fries or basmati rice.
