Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • Flour as needed
  • ½ liter kefir
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp soda (sodium carbonate)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Oladushki

The kefir should be at room temperature. Mix the kefir with the baking soda and set it aside. In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs and add the salt and sugar. Then add the kefir and mix. Slowly add the flour, stirring well to avoid lumps. Stir in enough flour to achieve a thick, creamy consistency. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Drop the dough, spoonful by spoonful, into a pan and fry in a little oil over medium heat until light brown on both sides.
