quick, easy and delicious!

Remove the raspberries from the freezer at least 30 minutes before you start and let them thaw. Carefully remove the wafer bases from all the marshmallows and place them on a separate plate. Whip the whipped cream in a large mixing bowl until stiff peaks form. Add the marshmallows without the wafer bases, in batches of 3-4, to the bowl with the whipped cream and mix with a hand mixer. Repeat this process until all the marshmallows have been mixed in. Place the thawed raspberries in a separate bowl and season with sugar. Using a tablespoon, place a raspberry base into each dessert glass. Then fill the glasses to the brim with marshmallow cream. Arrange the previously removed wafer bases decoratively on top of the cream. Refrigerate the glasses for about 30 minutes. The dessert can also be made in advance; it will keep in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
