Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
- Herbs of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
Place the feta cheese in a blender. Peel the garlic clove and add it along with the oil. Then add various herbs (I used basil and oregano, for example) and blend everything well until smooth. Tip: If you particularly like garlic, you can also add two cloves of garlic – this will just make the dip very strong.
