Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels or pork schnitzels
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, to taste
- 2 tbsp vinegar, to taste
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 bay leaves
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients together to make a marinade and marinate the schnitzels overnight. Either pan-fry or grill. Serve with fries, coleslaw, and, of course, tzatziki.
