Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 m.-sized apples
- 2 bananas
- 400 g oat flakes
- 200 g butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the apples and bananas. Cut the apples into wedges and the bananas into slices. Grease a baking dish. Layer the apples and bananas. Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the oats and sugar. Pour the mixture over the apples and bananas. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream or yogurt.
