Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed (alternatively just beef or just pork)
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely grated
- 1 egg(s)
- Salt and pepper, pepper,
- 1 tbsp mint, fresh, frozen or dried
- 1 tbsp parsley, fresh, frozen or dried
- 6 slice(s) toast bread, soaked in water and squeezed out
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 1 tsp oil
- Oil for frying

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Keftedakia à la Letta
Knead the above ingredients into a minced meat mixture and form small, round balls. Fry the meatballs in hot oil. Keftedakia make a delicious meze (side dish) and are perfect for a buffet because they taste delicious even cold!
