Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g feta cheese, Greek
- 200 g double cream cheese
- 6 olives, pitted green
- 1 pinch of sambal oelek
- 2 garlic cloves
- possibly olive oil
- salt and pepper

Chop 6-10 green olives (the amount depends on the type of olive and spiciness) and peeled garlic cloves in a food processor. Add feta cheese and double cream cheese (if you want to save calories, you can use the light/yogurt versions), 1 pinch of sambal oelek, and seasonings to taste, and mix everything until creamy. If the mixture isn’t creamy enough, stir in a little olive oil. Turkish flatbread goes well with this.
