Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 10 potatoes
- 1 bunch of carrots
- some salt
- some pepper
- Olive oil (you can also use sunflower or germ oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel, quarter, and wash the potatoes. Peel the carrots, halve them lengthwise if necessary, and cut them into approximately 4 cm pieces. Drain everything lightly and place it in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Just add a little oil and bake! Depending on the type of potato, bake for about 15-25 minutes at 200°C, and you’re done!
