Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 points mozzarella
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Sunflower seeds
- Herbs (e.g. basil)
- Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella and arrange them in alternating rows (slightly overlapping), preferably on a large plate or platter. Drizzle with olive oil to taste and season well with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and fresh herbs. Serve with balsamic vinegar and, if desired, garnish with baguettes.
