Baked pork fillet

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork fillet(s)
  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 2 onions
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pkt. Herbs, Italian, frozen or dried
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quickly prepared

Slice the pork fillet and fry briefly in a pan with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Slice the onion into rings. Brush a baking dish with olive oil, layer the onion rings and mushroom slices on the bottom, then place the pork fillet on top of the onions and mushrooms, seasoning with Italian herbs. Mix the sour cream, cream, and processed cheese and pour over the other ingredients. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F). Serve with baked potato wedges seasoned with Italian herbs or ciabatta bread.
