Ricotta with strawberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g ricotta
  • 100 ml cream
  • 70 g honey
  • 300 g strawberries

Whisk the ricotta with the honey and cream until creamy. Rinse and slice the strawberries. Mix the strawberries into the ricotta cream. Divide among 4 bowls and chill before serving.
