Strawberry Mascarpone Cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 bowl of strawberries
  • some dark chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and hull the strawberries. Purée some of the strawberries (about 2/3 or 3/4) with a hand blender, then chop the rest into small pieces. Mix the puréed strawberries with the mascarpone and yogurt, adding sugar to taste. Ladle into dessert bowls and garnish with the remaining strawberries and chocolate shavings (the chocolate can be easily grated with a vegetable peeler).
