Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 80 g sugar, finest
- 40 g flour
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder, dark
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Melt the butter. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and mix with the melted butter. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy and mix with the remaining ingredients. Fill into paper muffin cups (makes about 8-10). Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for exactly 9 minutes. Remove the tarts from the cups immediately and serve while still warm; the insides will still be liquid! Serve with vanilla sauce or a layer of pureed strawberries or raspberries.
