Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 125 ml condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 350 g cheese (slices, Chester)
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

cheese sauce

Melt all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Season with Tabasco to taste. Delicious with tortilla chips or as a dip.
