Philadelphia – Quark – Cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
  • 200 g cream
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 250 g berries (frozen – wild berries)
  • 1 pack of chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Beat the Philadelphia cheese, cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a mixer for about 5 minutes. Add the low-fat quark and mix. About 1 hour before serving, add the frozen wild berries to the cream. Toast the almonds with sugar in a little butter and pour over the wild berries. You can also add a little mascarpone to the cream.
